Oh What a Night…(yes there is a song in there.)

Well what a night we had! Down here at Linear London HQ we were delighted to host a Miele Chefs Table with the super talented (& we have to say uber cool too!) Frederick Forster, head chef at Terrence Conran’s restaurant Boundary. We kicked off with some Fizz to get the party started and by the time everyone arrived, we were all in high spirits…and then the magic began! Frederick found his way round our wonderful ALNO kitchen like the old hand he is and amidst chopping & rolling & mixing, gradually the amazing smells permeated the air…Lemon sole with prawns was followed by duck confit burgers and then rack of lamb with herb crust. What can we say? Divine barely cuts it. And the fabulous Miele girls Alex & Sophie answered all the guest questions regarding all the clever appliances. We stood in awe as the lamb was steamed (yes steamed!) & the finale meltingly gorge raspberry soufflés were presented to an approving crowd of “oohs & ahhs”. Thanks to our guests and our friends at Miele for helping us to enjoy such a great evening. Hope it’s not too long till next time.
